Delegate Summers moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2075 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §30-5-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Pharmacy to propose a legislative rule; permitting certain medication information be provided; and permitting a patient to waive inclusion of certain information.”
